The story of RetouchAid began at that ‘aha.” moment. In 2013, our founder, an avid photographer, saw a problem. No one could deliver high-quality image editing on time and at a fair price. Photographers, especially e-commerce and creative ones, spent millions of hours editing their photos. This was clearly stealing time from more important tasks. A close friend, a product photographer, once vented. He was frustrated by missed deadlines and poor results from outsourced editing services. That conversation sparked an idea. What if there was a solution that combined precision, affordability, and reliability? The idea for RetouchAid came from a gap in the market and a passion to help creatives. The founder wanted a service that wouldn’t edit photos. It should empower photographers and businesses to reach their goals easily. With this in mind, RetouchAid was founded in 2014.
